Is there a contract or typical time commitment?
Golden Nest does not require a lease or long-term commitment. Rent is month to month and residents may move out with a 30-day notice.
Is transportation provided for medical appointments?
Golden Nest can arrange for transportation for medical appointments.
How close is the nearest bus line?
There are many different bus lines nearby with the closest one only a block away.
What is the difference between the Richfield location and the Minneapolis location?
The Richfield location is for residents who are more independent and are looking for more of a home style facility. Minneapolis is for both independent and dependent residents with more of an apartment style feel.
Do you accept government assistance or public pay options?
We accept both private and public pay individuals. We accept Medicaid and other financial assistance. These include CADI waiver, Elderly waiver, housing assistance, and Brain injury. If you are not sure if you qualify for public assistance, please contact us and we will assist you in the process for applying for public assistance.
